Turbo tax error >setupnew\setup.cpp(138)?

Turbo tax support was of no help. Performed all their requests including upgrading to SP3. Still nothing. Any ideas of a fix?

Try installing from the hard drive. I had the same exact error code. Actually, the full error was:

Anyway, I copied all of the files from the CD over to a new folder I created on my PC, then used setup.exe from that new folder, and it installed properly. I hope this helps.
