I live in Ontario, and want to hire a "live-out" Nanny. Do I have to deduct CPP, EI, and Tax? Or can we state in our contract that she is required to submit her own deductions. Anyone know?

Well you can pay how ever you like basically if you paid the Nanny and deducted nothing then she would be self employed....If you's both want to keep it under the table so to speak then you would not have to at all....But if one claims it the other has to as well for sure, you can call Canada Customs to find out more though....Through General enquirys
