Really annoying technical problem please help?

Okay i have got this games called CSI loaded up on my computer from it's cd only problem is now i want to remove it and it won't budge and keeps putting up an error message


and the error message says


"An error (-5002: 0x2) has occured while running the setup please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications If error stil occurs, please contact your vendor :UBI soft" {really do not want to do that } if i ask for details it says the following "Error code (-5002: 0x2)

Try this utility. It should be able to forcibly uninstall the program, or at least remove it from the Add/Remove list.





Once it's removed from that list, you can completely get rid of it by deleting the folder containing CSI's files.
Reply:Try reinstalling it, then un-install it.
Reply:sounds like the cd device driver needs updating.
Reply:you can download registry mechanic or other registry stuff.





go to program files and delete your files manually (click it then press delete).
Reply:Reboot your machine and try again. If that doesn't help, you'll have to call the vendor.
Reply:Reinstall it and then remove it. It is missing a file it needs to find in order to do the uninstall. The ins and outs of that are longer, but you get the gist.
