What can be done when you find out your exhusband defrauded you to get into canada?

When we got married in Australia he said he would give me 5 years before re-evaluating which country we stayed in. Three years in he began to change. Fifth year he was impossible to live with, as he had taken up with another woman. He came to the country with absolutely nothing. I owned a business and property. Now we are divorced and he got over $100,000 of my retirement money and now I find out he can take half my CPP for that period. PLUS the canadian government made me sponsor him for 10 years (3 1/2 left). The government changed that period 2 years after I signed.

All I really want is to be able to keep my CPP. Actually what I would really really like is to keep my CPP and have him evicted from the country.

What can be done when you find out your exhusband defrauded you to get into canada?
Wow, that's amazing. That's the first time that I ever heard of that sort of thing happening to a woman.
