Can I collect my EI and/or Canadian Pension Plan money on my tax return?

I wanted to know if I am able to collect all of my EI and/or my CPP money is one cheque. If so, what do I have to do to collect it.

Can I collect my EI and/or Canadian Pension Plan money on my tax return?
No. Both are separate plans administered separately by the government.

To receive EI benefits you must file for EI. The forms are available from your local HRDC office

For CPP again the forms are available from HRDC Canada or online from service Canada http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/cgi-bin/search/ef...

However, I do not believe you can collect benefits under both plans simultaneously. Though CPP allows you to still work and receive benefits.
