I had just recently installed Oblivion but when I play it says that they was an error and cuts me off, so I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it wont let me uninstall it says there was an error in the instalation like this

Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion error question?
My game gave me nothing but greif when I got it too.
Even though my computer had all the required componants to run the game, by video card just couldn't keep up. I had to upgrade SERIOUSLY. I ended up getting a whole new system.
I'd contact the help line if you keep having trouble.
